How paying works

On our website, payments are handled by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for these orders: Paddle takes the payment, charges the right VAT and sends your receipt. In the iPhone app, Premium is bought through the App Store and billed by Apple. What you buy is tied to your Winelingo account, so it works wherever you sign in.

Cancelling

You can cancel the monthly subscription at any time with the link in your receipt email from Paddle (or, for a subscription bought in the app, in your Apple ID settings). You keep Premium until the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again.

Refunds

If you are not happy, ask for a refund within 14 days of a purchase on our website and you get your money back in full. Write to jonsegeskov29@gmail.com, or request it from Paddle at paddle.net. When a purchase is refunded, the access it gave ends. Purchases made in the iPhone app are refunded by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
